At Selby Business Centre we want to create & encourage sucessful businesses.

Where most landlords want to lock you into a lease & make you pay until the end of it, we are happy to provide for more flexible terms to encourage long-term development & to work with you to ensure your business can grow.

Where appropriate (frequently in the case of 'start-ups') we are happy to assess your business potential & work with you to negotiate a lease that best suits your needs.

Space is available on short term leases, with six months rolling leases available.

Rates & Prices

Prices start from £50 per week & vary according to size of rental & lease lengths.

Anuual service charges are from £1.25 per square foot to cover heating, lighting, building insurance & maintenance of car parking & common areas.
